With a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University and a career spanning senior project management at South Florida Restoration, construction consulting through Jorjust Consulting, and public adjusting since 2007, David brings unmatched technical depth to every claim. He is a certified Appraiser and Umpire, proficient in Xactimate estimating, and has scoped thousands of claims from simple residential losses to complex industrial reconstruction projects.

Chris brings over 20 years of experience in property damage evaluation, reconstruction estimating, and insurance claim analysis. He has served as Vice President of Smolka & Company since 2018, focusing on claims consulting and comparative scope analysis for residential and commercial losses.
A former Florida All-Lines Insurance Adjuster (licensed since 2005), Chris has worked every side of the industry — from carrier adjusting and independent consulting to hands-on restoration project management at ERS and senior disaster response with ServiceMaster. His methodology combines Xactimate analysis, ANSI/IICRC S500 standards evaluation, and rigorous documentation review to build claims that stand up to carrier scrutiny.
